Organic tongkat ali root extract powder is made from a shrubby tree native to Southeast Asia, Malaysia and Indonesia. The plant is also known by the names Long Jack Ali and Malaysian Ginseng and one of the most popular herbals in Malaysia and Indonesia. Since ancient times, the root has often been boiled down and consumed as a general elixir.
Tongkat remains popular today and is now mostly used as a general tonic herb for relieving fatigue, enhancing physical strength, improving libido and stamina, increasing blood circulation and regaining intestinal health. It is believed to be natural phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) inhibitor.

In traditional Asian medicine, organic tongkat ali root extract powder is used for a few ailments:
To enhance blood circulation and metabolism, increase kidney power, prolong human kidney vitality for about 50 years, and make people healthier and longevity.
Organic tongkat ali root extract may improve the quality of sperm, increase the number, size and speed of sperm movement. Researchers speculate that this may be caused by egg division, twinning and multiple ovulation in female rats. In addition, the effect of Ali on improving fertility is also very obvious, in animal experiments, male offspring than female offspring increased by three times.
Researchers in Malaysia have found that organic long jack ali root contains an antioxidant enzyme, which resists the chain reaction of harmful free radicals.
One study found that the beta-carboline substance extracted from organic tongkat ali root extract has a strong therapeutic effect on lung cancer and breast cancer. Another study conducted by a Malaysian government-funded research institute and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology found that Ali contained potent anti-cancer and anti-viral components.

Suggested use
The suggested dose is 200 to 500 mg per day for adults. Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.
Note, an EFSA safety study found that tongkat in very large doses (2 gram/kg body weight) can be unsafe. In addition, tests of tongkat products from Malaysia have found that many contain excess quantities of mercury. The taste is disgusting, it is not easy to swallow. It causes nausea in the morning and it may be better to take it after lunch. After two days I feel the benefits of the description.Honestly, better than expected. I didn't expect too much.

It's true some herbal extracts and dietary supplements are quite literally hard to swallow. ;-) One solution is of course using empty capsules and/or a capsule filler machine. You can find both empty gelatin and vegetarian capsules, along with capsule fillers here at VitaMondo. Another way is to try to blend it into to a smoothie.
