Refunds & Returns Policy

Order Cancellations

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. Please note that we do charge an order cancellation fee of 5% + €0.30 to cover the cost that we must pay to PayPal and Stripe on all refunds.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing). The guaranteed delivery time has been extended temporarily to 90 days with the Covid-19 pandemic.
  • You receive the wrong item
  • you received a damaged or broken item**
  • You do not want the product you have received, but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused. We do charge a 5% + €3.00 restocking fee

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control, e.g. providing the wrong shipping address
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control, such as not being cleared at customs, a supplement is not approved by customs in your country, or the delay is due to a natural disaster.

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (max 45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

**For a damaged item, please upload pictures of the damaged item(s) that you received to help expedite the process. For a missing item, please make sure the item was not placed on back order or cancelled.
