Organic Broccoli Sprout extract powder (Sulforaphane) is made from a member of the cabbage family that’s related to cauliflower. It was first cultivated in Italy where the name actually means cabbage sprout. Because of the different components, the vegetable provides a range of tastes and textures, from soft and flowery floret, to fibrous and crunchy stem and stalk. The plant is a source of the carotenoid lutein, which is beneficial for maintaining a good eyesight.

Yet, the most beneficial substance found particularly in the young broccoli sprout is sulforaphane.
