Organic Lion’s Mane Mushroom Powder (Hericium erinaceus) – also known as Yamabushitake, Bearded Tooth Mushroom, and Hedgehog Mushroom – is an edible, medicinal fungi that belongs to the tooth fungus group. It lowers blood sugars is by blocking the activity of the enzyme alpha-glucosidase, which breaks down carbs.
