Pineapple Bromelain 2400 GDU/g Enteric-Coated mixture of proteolytic enzymes found in pineapple (Ananas comosus) stems and juice. The fruit itself is one of the most nutrient rich, as it contains almost all of vitamins and 16 different minerals that humans need.
